Contract: Full-time, temporary to permanent
Salary: £13.07 per hour
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:15
- Friday: 08:00 - 16:15
- Approximately 21-23 non-working Fridays per year

The Role
As a Production Operator, you will play a key role within the assembly and/or inspection areas, working as part of a flexible and collaborative team. You will be responsible for ensuring products meet strict quality standards while maintaining efficient production flow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assembly and disassembly of components and consumables
- Inspecting products to ensure they meet both cosmetic and functional quality standards
- Following work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Supporting continuous improvement and workplace organisation initiatives
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations at all times
About You
This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to build or develop a career in manufacturing.
You will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work efficiently on a production line
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong concentration and the ability to follow detailed instructions
- A safety-conscious mindset
